One route in, whether you keep a Space, contributed to somebody else's, or have never used Koda at all.
You don’t pay to create a Memory Space. You pay when you open it. If payment does not complete, the Space stays Reserved and there is nothing to refund. If Koda charged you incorrectly, or took payment and failed to open the Space, ask here. Deleting a Space does not by itself create a refund. After a Space is open, cancellation and refund rights follow the eventual Terms and applicable consumer law — Help is the launch route, not an automatic refund.
Anyone can ask for their own contribution to be removed, with no account. Illegal material, harassment and copyright complaints go to the same place and are acted on ahead of everything else.
